About us
Originally the company was named 'Highbury Blinds' ...
by Nicholas Flynn in 1987, but became 'Highbury Design' in 2005. The name change was a natural progression as the company had been manufacturing soft furnishings for several years and customers didn't know that they did much more than just blinds!
In 2006, Highbury Design became a Harlequin Harris premier dealer in the Nottinghamshire area. This meant access to the full ranges of Harlequin designs!

that Harlequin make, which obviously gives us an advantage over our
competitors."
